Terms of Service

BoltSEO is a SaaS platform that uses AI to research keywords, generate SEO-optimised articles, and publish content directly to your website via connected CMS integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hans@boltseo.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate spam, misleading, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Use automated scripts to access the service in a way that exceeds normal usage.
• Resell or sublicense access to BoltSEO without written permission.
• Violate any applicable law, including intellectual property rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without prior notice.

BoltSEO uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, or free from errors. You retain full ownership of content published through the platform.

When you connect a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), you grant BoltSEO permission to create and publish content on your behalf. We only access your CMS for the purpose of publishing articles you have approved or scheduled. You can revoke access at any time from your integration settings.

Your use of BoltSEO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

BoltSEO and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of De Loore Consult BV. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or traffic outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, BoltSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
